Manny Cepeda Orchestra (MCO) represents a unique opportunity for our customers as we make it possible for our clients to acquire one or a combination of individual services at one source.
MCO has the necessary expertise and connectivity from a business and artists perspective. This is an imperative as one cannot live without the other and often a little help is required to make them connect.
With over 31 years of experience in the music field both military and civilian management, we are the conduit bridging the gap. We have the capability to coordinate each and every activity necessary to achieve the desired goal on the best possible level.

Since its inception MCO has established a network inclusive of instruction, musical arrangements, music promotions, band placement, military music support, receptions (civilian and military), dance instruction advice. We are well positioned to create programs specific to our clients' unique requirements.

Tropical/Latin Dance Instruction Advice
Providing sound advice for dance instructors in matters relating to ways of teaching dancers how to approach the "clave" in Salsa dancing. Advice on musical phrasing and rhythmic understanding and the connection between the dancer's steps and the musical genre. Teaching of music forms and notation for the instructor.
